"My life has changed for the better. I never had a clue what I was doing with the weights and machines so i just stuck to aerobic and step classes.  My energy levels was always low. After working out on my own through use of classes, videos, walking, cycling, rollerbalding and still NO RESULTS.
         After training with Jay i have seen my body become more defined. I actually have abdominal muscles that I can see! no longer have stomach problems , I rarely have anxiety! I no longer have anxiety about going to the gym and I actually look foward to my workouts. I walk around the gym and see others utilizing the machines incorrectly. I feel like i am working out with a friend and the hour just flies by. I feel confident that i can follow my exercise routine without Jay's help, but my workouts are better with him because he motivates me to push harder.  I started weight training 3x a week with no cardio, and now I am at the gym almost 6 days a week while focusing on weight training , cardio and eating right. I have never FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE. Physically and mentally. Overall, I am happier , healthier and more full of energy than I have ever been in my whole life"

In the past 6 months I have lost weight and inches. I am stronger physically, and much more toned, more energy, feel less tired and fatigued. All of these improvements have benefited my life as a full time teacher and mother raising two small sons. I was never able to stick with a plan.
    Jason changed my life. His manner is encouraging and strict at the same time. He lets me know what has to be done without intimadation. He's extremely knowledgeable and educates me on which muscles are being worked with each exercise. It is because of Jason that I am consistently coming to the gym. He has motivated me to want to continue because of the results that i have achieved. I now know the difference between just using a machine and using it correctly. I know now what to "feel for" during my training.
   Jason's expertise in the area of physical fitness is quite evident. He works hard and works me hard during our sessions, always attending to my needs while at the same time enjoying fun, lighthearted conversations. I find that I'm enjoying the workout!

 THE MAGIC BEGINS : THE success Story OF PeTe SkUlikidisP  te Skulididis-
"I was skeptical because i didn't think a personal trainer was going to help me. But I was wrong.
      So the Magic Begins- Jason explained to me what I should and should not eat. I met with Jay 2 x a week to do a full body workout. I did cardio every day. After 2 weeks! i started at 185lbs and my body fat was 28% I went to the scale , I literally stopped breathing, 12lbs in 2 weeks with Jay! I had the biggest smile on my face. I finally realized Personal training was ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT.
    After i lost 12lbs i signed for more sessions 10 to be exact.The results were incredible. Jason taught me how to use the machines. He always told me to tighten my abs, stick out my chest, bend my legs , and always breathe and relax my neck. I learned heavy weight is not the answer in fact your not accomplishing anything if you do not do the exercises properly. I lost a little over 20lbs.
    I feel alot better about myself and confident about how to utilize the equipment properly. I love coming to the gym now. Commitment is a big part of working out. Personal Training helped me get committed and its one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I'm glad I made the choice to get personal training. I lost over 20lbs and continuing my workouts. I am a size 32 in my pants and wear a medium shirt now. If you want to accomplish what i did, Then you have to have the will. If you have the will, you can do it. 
    I recommend a Personal Trainer to anyone who wants to succeed.

BLACK BELT - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Professional

Emerson Souza _ Is a black belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Profession Fighter.
   These pictures show his latest fight debut April 9th 2006 . Which he won in 36 seconds. An amazing win. Congratulations "EMINHO"
       Emerson owns his own Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school located in Baldwin on Merrick rd. You can check out his website at www.emersonsouzabjj.com .
       Emerson trained hard for his fight and obviously it paid off. We did alot of plyometric sports specific training to conditon him for explosive strength and cardio endurance that proved to win a fight and but him above the competition. Emerson says that the hard work in the gym " training with Jay helped me become stronger , more explosive and ready for anything , I recommend Jay to anyone for competition or overall getting to their goals" " Jay's knowledge of how to train me, for what my goal was and prepare me in short time was extremely impressive to myself and i think my fight shows the outcome" " THANK YOU JAY" You are definately a vital part of my training and look foward to preparing for my next fight with you.
